The typical interview process involves multiple rounds, including coding, behavioral, and systems design. There were LeetCode problems, system design questions, and a behavioral component. This is not far from a normal process at a big tech firm these days.

Pros: The company perks, the work that you do, and the tools to enable you to get that work done are unparalleled or equal to the best in the industry. It does not get better than this.
Culture is open, and there, you mostly know where the company is headed.
Cons: Facebook has a highly customized codebase, and that should be supported by the same level of documentation.
Now the company is big enough that there are groups of people that stay with each other according to their tenure at the company, and that is sometimes hard for someone newer.

gym onsite (even includes a bouldering rock)

Cons: I feel like an imposter, which doesn't have a positive effect on my work-life balance.
The gym is quite small and has no sand volleyball court.
