An engineer will call you to write code on Codepad. Generally, this lasts 45 minutes.
The first 5 minutes will consist of general questions, such as "Why Facebook?" The last 5-10 minutes will be for asking questions.

Pros: I worked with a lot of smart people there. Overall, the company is doing well and has a robust strategy. The perks are great too.
Cons: It's grown really fast recently, and the culture's been diluted.
The product roadmap changes a lot.
