First, the recruiter needed to know more about me and introduced the job. Then, a phone screen was planned.
One coding question was given.
Two days later, I was informed I was invited for a full loop.
The onsite included four rounds:
- Two coding
- One system design
- One "Jedi" round.

Pros: Great perks, lots of products, and easy to switch teams.
Cons: There's a lot of pressure to perform. Some teams handle work-life balance better than others, but since everything is impact-driven, there's a constant feeling of competition with others.
