Process
I applied through my university, and some Facebook engineers came to my campus to hold the interviews.
Most applicants were for internships, but a couple of us applied for full-time positions. However, only internship positions were offered at the end of the interviews.
The interviews were all one-on-one, using a whiteboard for the problems.

Recursive implementation of finding the nth Fibonacci number.
