Pros: The pay and other contractors are good to work with. WFH during the pandemic helped people stay employed. The role is dynamic and exciting if you like working on new technology.
Cons: Upper management created a toxic, cutthroat work environment. You have to have tough skin to deal with constant criticism. This is very much a "yes sir" type role.
