Internal processes are creeping up, making things slower.
Performance reviews are brutal. If you slack off, you will find yourself getting the lowest rating.
Our culture is not scaling well with internal processes. While I'm happy to see the company taking consumer privacy with the utmost seriousness, some decision-making could be faster.
