Pay/compensation is top-notch. Independence. The dev environment is a dream for PHP devs. Variety of tech/products. Great benefits (food, gym). Same salary in Seattle as California.
Very high expectations.
You need to be a bit of a 3-in-1 printer to do good (not just a dev, but also a tester, PM, designer, data eng, and data scientist). A bit of politics to define goals. Growing bigger is tough on culture.
