Technical phone interview with shared screen for a coding assessment. The assessment included "leet code" like problems. Questions were challenging but not impossible, requiring a lot of practice solving these types of problems.

It was easy to follow and receive guidance and tips for the interview. I scheduled very easily, and they were there on time. They have good organization. I got to the second phase of the interviews. The last one was a technical interview.
