One of the best companies to work with.
No cons. You will be thrilled to be a part of Facebook.
I applied through a recruiter and interviewed at Facebook (Menlo Park, CA) in July 2017. I was contacted by a recruiter via email. He then called me to learn about my background and experience and scheduled a phone interview with a Facebook Engineer
It was a video conference technical interview. The interviewer was very quick and went straight to the problems. The statements were a bit confusing and misleading, but in the end, it worked out.
More or less as expected for a Meta technical interview process. There were 4 rounds: * Recruiter * Technical first round * Hiring manager * Virtual onsite An additional technical round occurred during the virtual onsite.
