Intense working environment. Performance expectations are extremely high. Compensation fluctuates a lot due to stock price fluctuations.
- Continue the effort to reduce distractions and increase focus on a small number of products.
- Maybe provide alternative pay packages, like cash-based salaries, similar to Netflix.
