I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks.- Phone screen with HR.- In-person interview with 3 people. If good, you go on to another 3 to 4 people. It was all-day interviewing with technical and historical questions.- If you pass the technical loop, you go on to a Director or Vice President for the final interview focusing on personality fit.
The process used the STAR method. Explain a time when you had conflict at work. What did you do? What did you learn? There was a butt load of technical questions.
