Process

Had a phone screen chat with an engineer on the team. It lasted an hour and included some tech questions and two coding questions (one in C++ and one in Python).

Seemed to go well, and they said they would update me in a few days. I never heard back from them.

Good place to work from, only from a benefit perspective

Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: Perks and benefits are really good, but your peace of mind and professional happiness is directly proportional to the relationship you have with your manager. Most of the leadership is good, but I met a couple of jerks as a manager who can go to any extent to make your life hell. Such jerks do one thing: cut you out from everywhere and blame you for not supporting the team as a senior resource.

Cons: Unnecessary cutthroat competition. Lot of politics. People talk about supporting each other, but in reality, each one wants to rise to the heights by stepping on other's graves.
