I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The first screening test was on Codility. This was followed by two technical interviews, one with the tech lead and another with the manager. The final interview was with the manager of the group I interviewed for. All three interviewers showed great interest in my previous work, my background, and me in general.

Unlike processes at other FAANGM companies, the atmosphere was laid-back and supportive. The interviewers were modest, and I always felt they were speaking to me with a great deal of respect. Each interview ended with a fair amount of time dedicated to pitching me to the team.

I felt very welcomed and respected throughout the process. When that went well, an HR representative contacted me to begin dealing with the offer details.
