I applied online in my last year of college. A recruiter reached out over the phone and asked a popular brain teaser. I passed the phone screen, and they flew me to the Seattle area for an onsite interview. I had five interviews, all of them technical, and one with the hiring manager, which included both a behavioral and a technical question.
