There were five rounds.
The first round was an online test with three coding questions, for which we had 90 minutes. More than the test cases, it seemed like they looked at code efficiency for selections.
The next round was a pen-and-paper technical interview, followed by a normal technical and HR round.

Pros: The culture and people are very nice and friendly.
They are very understanding of personal situations and maintaining a work-life balance.
The leadership is pretty good, though for internships, they could use more training on how managers should interact with and help interns.
Cons: The intern-manager relationship was weird at times, and often I felt pretty alone on my project. Had I not personally reached out, I would have been.

Lots of teams and opportunities to work on different technologies.
Great developers.

Cons: Very slow career growth. Some of the teams have become too big and lethargic. Not a lot of room for innovation on the job.
