A recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn for a 30-minute HR phone screen with simple questions. This was followed by a technical screen, which included testing a stapler and counting letter recurrences in a string.
Later, I was called for a full onsite interview. Everything was nice and smooth. The interviewers were very welcoming and took great pride in their work. They tested basic and programming skills and were very interested in my motivation and application of problem-solving and analysis.
Interview questions included:
aaaabbccaaddd becomes a4b2c2a2d3).1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 becomes 2 - 1 - 4 - 3 - 5).bool IsPalindrome(string input) that returns true if the string contains a palindrome.I had five rounds of onsite interviews: the first was a 90-minute lunch interview, followed by three one-hour interviews, and then a final round with the hiring manager. One interesting question from the hiring manager was, "What was one question you expected but were not asked?"
