I have had four interviews with Microsoft, starting with internship interviews when I was in graduate school. Every time, they have replied within two to three weeks regarding the interview results.
This was my fourth interview. It was a phone screen interview, and I was assured that I would get a reply in two to three weeks. However, even two months later, there has been no reply from them, even after emailing the recruiting person who arranged the interview. There is still no response.
