I was contacted by a recruiter via email. We completed the screening, and after that, I did a coding challenge on Codility. Following that, I had to book a day off for a round of four interviews in one day.
After that day, I never heard from Microsoft again. I have sent emails twice asking about my status, but received no answer. It has been 40 days.
