Software Engineer Interview Experience - Redmond, Washington
Process
The interview process begins with basic HR screening.
Next, you'll take an online test featuring 5 simple to borderline medium coding questions, to be completed within 1 hour.
Successful completion leads to an on-site round.
The on-site interviews consisted of 4 sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. These included 3 coding interviews and 1 interview focused on design and coding. There was a 10-15 minute break between each interview.
Most of the interviewers were very nice. The recruiters were also very nice and genuinely wanted candidates to succeed.
An offer was received the next day.
