Probably the best experience I've ever had, having also interviewed at GOOG, AMZN, et al.
The biggest differentiator was during the onsite. After each 45-minute interview, they had someone come by your room to check up on you and put you at ease in a friendly manner. I found it super helpful at calming the nerves.
