I was sent an online assessment. After completing it, I received an invite to interview about 3-4 weeks later.
The interviews consisted of:
- One screening call, followed by three hour-long interviews with team members.
- Each interview consisted of a mix of programming, technical questions, and behavioral questions.
The recruiter was helpful, and she gave me good tips on what to expect and how to perform well in the interviews.

Pros: Great work-life balance, managers who care, good compensation, good perks/benefits, impactful work.
Cons: Lots of legacy code. It can take a while to work your way up and get ownership, given that there are people who have been at the company for 20+ years.
