The interview process was very long and disjointed. The interviews themselves were interesting discussions, but there was a lot of chasing for next steps, then interviews scheduled a long time away, and then additional steps. I ended up removing myself from the process for another role.

Pros: Good benefits and competitive salary.
Cons: A really toxic and stressful environment where the management does not care about people. If you don't have a way to enter Microsoft, this can be a good opportunity, but not a job where to stay more than 1-2 years.
