I was hired as a contractor for a remote position. The only job interview I had was on the phone. The interview was highly technical, as it should be, and it was very professional.

First interview with HR, with routine questions. Then a technical interview and two interviews with the managers, with more behavioral questions. All interviews took place within a week and on Teams.

Linear and simple. No problems during the process, everything was normal. HR was available, and the technical interview was non-invasive. Positive experience, nothing negative to report. Three calls and a proposal. Cordial staff.
