I met with the Microsoft representatives at the school's career fair and secured an on-campus interview a month later. It was quite simple. The technical question was to remove duplicates from a sorted linked list, along with some behavioral question

Six people interviewed me. The process took about eight hours. I spoke with the main manager at the end. I am not sure why I wasn't offered the job. How to test a random number generator.

I had a phone interview with them over Skype. They called me on time, and the interviewer was very pleasant. So, I could relax and talk about my experiences, enjoying the conversation. It was not too difficult, nor too easy.
