- This company requires developers as testers, saying that here testers also code like developers. But this is not true in all cases; the majority of the time, an SDET works in doing QA work. A very small portion of their time is spent on automation.
I find the movement from SDET to SDE, etc., is not as easy as it is told during the offer. I think they should allow a little free movement between the roles.
