I applied through the College Recruiting Fair and was called immediately for an interview the next day. I was called for an onsite interview three weeks later. The onsite interview was a long day, as I had to go through five rounds of interviews.

I had two interviews on campus and then flew to Redmond for four more one-on-one interviews. All travel expenses were paid for by Microsoft, and the interview process is just as they describe it online in multiple forums.
