Great work-life balance
There is no pressure on the employees. People are very kind, and the work-life balance is amazing thanks to the culture that is against burnouts. Also, there are many interesting products and plenty of opportunities.
I've been through 3 reorgs already, and sometimes I feel like I would like to have a bit more stability. But this depends on the team; not everyone goes through this situation.
