The online coding round consists of three coding questions of easy to medium difficulty. It shortlists 30-40 candidates, who are then divided into groups of 6-7 for a pen-and-paper coding round. There is also a group fly round. Two technical rounds

I applied through an employee referral. It was somewhat like an interview, so yeah, it was as per the standards of Microsoft, and it's a respectable company, so be your best version and all the best.

First round: Contacted by a recruiter. Had a coding question to solve in 45 minutes, along with an explanation. First, introduce yourself, then start with your experience and projects, and finally, the coding question.
