I have one online assesment and then a round of four consecutive interviews. All of them were coding problems, except the last one that was a design interview. They were kind of easy-medium level problems.

The team at Microsoft was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. While the process was a bit tiring, this is to be expected when interviewing with a large company. It consisted of four interviews over the course of four hours.

I gave my resume to an employee at a coding event at my school. Following a relaxed behavioral/OOP on-campus interview, I was invited to their Redmond, WA campus. They paid for everything, gave me a big meal stipend, and put me up in a nice hotel,
