I briefly chatted with a recruiter during a school career fair and dropped off my resume. I was contacted for an on-campus screening interview the very next day. This interview went fairly smoothly, but I then heard nothing for more than a month. At

A university recruiter put my resume in the system. I got an on-campus interview and went onsite to Seattle. I was trialed as a junior, but I was a freshman, so I did not get any of the questions correct. I received no offer.

I flew into Seattle and stayed in a hotel for one night. The next morning, I left for my onsite interview. I spoke with three engineers in total, and was taken on a shuttle to each location. The whole interview process felt smooth and thorough.
