My team is fairly open to new ideas. I have a lot of autonomy in my work. I can choose to either work remotely or from the office, and there are a lot of opportunities for growth.

I had a coding screen from Codility, a resume/HR round, and three interviews onsite. It was not awful, but the bar has definitely been raised. I think Microsoft is not paying enough for this bar.
