Pros: Working at MongoDB is really a pleasure. Everyone is smart and kind, there is a good work-life balance, and strong management with a solid vision.
It's also a great product, and there is a lot of growth opportunity at the company.
I especially value working here as a technical communications professional. The product is so deeply technical, and there is an emphasis on getting your hands dirty with the product. Every day I learn something new and interesting.
Cons: As the company continues to grow, there are some process-related growing pains. Some things feel like they take longer or require more bureaucracy than is necessary.
