The process was a recruiter round, then a Karat technical interview. I didn't get past the Karat, but after the Karat there is another technical round. Overall, the process was good and straightforward. I also got good feedback from the Karat interview that I attended.

Pros: There was good WLB, and teammates who were intellectually curious and motivated, along with a nice office in NYC.

Cons: A lax hybrid policy often resulted in emptier offices, though it was team-dependent.
