I applied online. The process took over a week.
It was a graduate role, and I was invited for an HR screening. The interviewer was asking questions off a script, yet still there was practically no structure to the interview. I felt the questions really weren't suited for a grad role. I didn't get the chance to say anything I prepared for. I didn't pass the screening, although I have internship experience with databases. I'm not sure what they're looking for.
The questions were basic behavioral questions about conflict and other topics.
