Pros: Technology is amazing, and the people are great.
Some of the smartest people I've worked with.
Cons: You will always be busy juggling lots of different things. The changes in comp plans for SAs to source new workloads can be problematic and cause friction between others working the same account with the same objectives. This defeats the whole notion of working as one team, IMHO.
