Process
I had multiple meetings with the hiring manager, one meeting with the Sales Director, and some local sales managers. The process was pleasant and I believe reflected the internal culture well. Although they asked some tough questions and were looking for certain things and skills, they also kept it very conversational. It was evident that they believe the interview is a two-way street, where both parties are figuring out if this is the right move.
Questions
Towards the end of the process, I had to present a "challenge" to a panel. This included a 30-60-90 day plan for the role.
