I joined Mongo three months ago and recently completed my probation. From a smooth, well-paced onboarding to a supportive team, the experience has been top-tier so far. The remote flexibility paired with engaging offsite events works perfectly. The engineering culture sets an incredibly high standard.
The only challenge so far has been the sheer volume of design documents to review and meetings happening, which can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Aside from that, there were significant company leadership changes.
Embrace the horizon, and honor the history. Keep the remote working policy. Make stock grant vesting faster for new joiners.
