Pros: - Great work environment.
- Flexible work time (no one cares where you are if the job is done).
- WFH opportunities.
Cons: - HR doesn't know what they are doing and is doing even that wrong.
- You cannot state an opinion (dev colleagues like it, leadership doesn't).
- It takes two months for HR to do the paperwork once you are hired.
- In many teams, projects are basically gluing crap together.
