Pros: Great company with great values.

Cons: Not so flexible about working hours.

Pros: Correct company, with salary, bonuses, and vacations. Also, flexible working hours. You have other career opportunities if you feel burnout in your team.

Cons: Depends on the team, if you feel good. Not so personal; visibility counts more than real work.

Pros: - Didn't have to work overtime. - Work was easy to do. - Good team (I got lucky). - Pay on time. - Semi-decent starting salary.

Cons: - No career advancement unless you go way over the top and make yourself highly visible (preferably by being on the phone all day with some managers). - The bonus you get after your first year is really the last bonus you get. Meaning that the next year, your cash bonus will be exactly the same amount less as your salary got more. So every raise you get will come out of your bonus, making your total reward flat. (This was the case for me and my teammates as well). - Boring, outdated technologies. - You need to familiarize yourself with uninteresting financial terms and rules, otherwise you'll just be a codemonkey. (I was a codemonkey pretty much myself; I couldn't get myself interested in the whole business). - Lots and lots of red tape.
