Pros: Before they laid them off, the people.
If you like being treated as if you are worthless, then maybe it is the place for you!
Cons: It's a bit obvious, but the entire culture is such a toxic environment, which is so sad to see after it had been such a positive one for so many years.

Pros: Pay is competitive. It is fully remote. WLB is OK.
Cons: The company is on a downward spiral ever since it was sold to Private Equity, featuring shifting priorities, no vision, chaotic management, and etc. RSUs are going away, and the LTIs that replace them are basically a scam. And on top of all that, there are layoffs twice a year.
