Had a phone screening which was extremely easy. Did a homework assignment. Went on to a physical interview. I would say it was easy, especially because when I am asked to interview someone for a Senior position, I ask the applicant to apply certain advanced concepts, or at least be able to talk about them from experience. However, I was not asked about anything really advanced.
