Pros: - Top of the line product - Great pay

Cons: - Clueless management - No long-term vision

Pros: The job is fully remote, which is a huge plus. The engineers I work with are all great. The culture is mostly focused on solving problems rather than blaming, which makes for an overall positive environment for learning and collaboration.

Cons: The company has committed to being AI focused, which could be a good or bad thing depending on your outlook. Engineers will have an on-call rotation, which can be very rough depending on the team you're on. The leadership occasionally make decisions that are clearly not well thought through and upset the majority of employees. Managers and directors tend to be more level-headed though.

Pros: Good Place, welcoming and energized folks.

Cons: During the hiring, the HR promises a lot of perks, specially annual compensation benefit, and they would lure you to join early by stating everyone will be eligible for the apprisal cycle. After you join, the reality is too different. I am saddened to see false promises.
