All-day onsite interview with the team:
It's a decent interview process, but it has some issues. New Relic encourages people to move internally, which is great. However, if you are applying from the outside and mid-process, someone internally wants the job; you have to start all over again with a different team. Some teams require their own code challenge, and some don't, so I ended up doing more than one.
