Process
The recruiter set up an exploratory call with a Senior Engineering Leader who had flown in from the US.
She rescheduled this interview three times, and finally, on the fourth reschedule, joined the call. Even then, she was ten minutes late after calling and informing the recruiter.
The interviewer was totally disengaged during the conversation and seemed to want to just get done with the call.
The leader had absolutely no idea about Engineering Metrics or how technology works.
The Glassdoor reviews now make sense. Considering how this leader talked to a potential candidate, it showcases Nike's culture (if it is present, that too).
Forgettable experience.
