Initial communication was an email from a recruiter to set up an initial phone screen.
The phone screen with the recruiter lasted a little over 20 minutes. We basically walked through my resume and went over any initial questions I had.
About two weeks later, I had a longer, more detailed phone interview with the hiring manager. This included more in-depth questions about my previous work experience and some behavioral questions.
A few days after the second phone interview, I had a Skype chat with four people (the hiring manager and potential coworkers) that lasted about 45 minutes. Questions in that interview focused on relating my experience to Nike's values.
An offer call came a few days after the Skype interview.
Nothing too unexpected, since I had stories to illustrate company values ready going in.
