First, a phone interview with basic knowledge questions. After passing the phone interview, I was called to a frontal interview. After passing the frontal interview, you should have an HR interview before you get hired.
Software Engineer
Interview is very cool and easy. No need to panic. Just follow basics. Oops, Spring, Hibernate. And just follow basics of collective map, filter, list. When a program is given, try to solve it. At least try to provide your approach.

Interview went well but poor HR management. Legacy projects with old technologies and Nokia's own framework are used mostly in all the projects. Core Java and XML are mainly used.
