Good support from higher management, and it helps nurture talent in the organization. I had a great team, and we were like a family in the workplace.
Some managers in the middle level come from an IT services background, and there is a huge cultural mismatch between their style of leading and the style as per NOKIA's values. This causes problems at times. Thank God it was not in my team. :)
