Process

So far, this has been the most amazing interview process I've had the chance to participate in. The recruiter found me on LinkedIn, and we had an initial interview about the position, which included some very basic technical questions. Following that, I had four more phone interviews:

A technical phone interview with an SRE.
A technical video group interview with the Support Manager and four SREs.
A technical phone interview with an Escalation Engineer.
A final technical phone interview with a cross-region SRE.

During the entire process, everyone was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable, even when I was not able to answer some technical questions.

Pros: Got hired on straight out of school, and I can only say that the culture and the environment I encounter five days a week are amazing. Where other jobs I have worked at have been competitive among the employees, there is a real sense of community and being part of a team. The benefits are excellent, and I feel there is real room for growth here.

Cons: Being recently hired, I can only say that it takes a lot out of you at the start of things to get comfortable, but that's true of anything.

Pros: Got hired on straight out of school, and I can only say that the culture and the environment I encounter five days a week are amazing. Where other jobs I have worked at have been competitive among the employees, there is a real sense of community and being part of a team. The benefits are excellent, and I feel there is real room for growth here.

Cons: Being recently hired, I can only say that it takes a lot out of you at the start of things to get comfortable, but that's true of anything.
