Systems Reliability Engineer Interview Experience - New York, New York

Process

The interview process was too much of a drag.

There were four Skype rounds: three technical and one manager round. Though all the technical interviews were almost the same and not very difficult, there were three more in-person rounds afterward.

The only issue I had was in the manager round. They seemed very egoistic and not concerned about what your opinion was. They didn't even care about what you were expecting, but wanted "loyalty" from an employee.

In short, if you speak what they want to hear, you are in! You'd better be prepared with buttering.

Questions

VCP-DCV Complete, covering storage, networking, ESXi logs, and ports.

Troubleshooting common issues such as vMotion failures, snapshot failures, etc.
