Pros: Great location, spacious office, fully stocked kitchen. Training provided was quite varied and extensive, ranging from their own and third-party products to general things such as Linux and conceptual networking. Manager was quite involved, easy to work with, and approachable. Hands-on experience with a ticketing system and follow-the-sun support system.

Cons: The program is mostly self-learning, however, this is to be expected given you have many product offerings and are quite complex. It could use more practical involvement as first-level support and a more structured internship program.

Pros: Got hired on straight out of school, and I can only say that the culture and the environment I encounter five days a week are amazing. Where other jobs I have worked at have been competitive among the employees, there is a real sense of community and being part of a team. The benefits are excellent, and I feel there is real room for growth here.

Cons: Being recently hired, I can only say that it takes a lot out of you at the start of things to get comfortable, but that's true of anything.

Pros: Got hired on straight out of school, and I can only say that the culture and the environment I encounter five days a week are amazing. Where other jobs I have worked at have been competitive among the employees, there is a real sense of community and being part of a team. The benefits are excellent, and I feel there is real room for growth here.
